At Tiendas Platino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer the option to easily exchange products.

I.-How does the change work?

1.-Cost of change:

• 1 to 3 shirts: The cost is $239 pesos , which includes two guides:
  • One to return our clothes.
  • Another one to send you the news.
• From 4 to 24 shirts: The cost is $398 pesos , also includes both guides.

2.- Product review: Once the garments arrive at our distribution center, we will perform an inspection to confirm that they have not been misused.

3.-Take advantage of the new shipment: You can add more products to your order in this new shipment if you wish.

II.-How to make the payment?

1.-Make the corresponding payment by transfer to the following account:

2.- Send proof of payment to ventas@tiendasplatino.com.mx so we can generate the shipping guide.
